* The Ramkat & Gas Hill Drinking Room are 18+ venues, but children under 18 years old can attend most shows when accompanied by their parent(s).
* We reserve the right to charge an underage fee of $5.00 at the door for all patrons under the age of 21 years old on the day of the show.
* All sales are final. Performances, schedules, programs and artists are subject to change.
* No refunds will be given unless a performance is canceled in its entirety, with no replacement performance scheduled.
* In the unlikely event that a performance is canceled due to extreme weather conditions, The Ramkat will notify ticket buyers.
* Any attempt to resell tickets to events at The Ramkat or Gas Hill Drinking Room at a price greater than the face value of the ticket is in violation of NCGS 55-1-22 and will be referred to criminal authorities. We reserve all rights to pursue civil damages for harm to our venue and/or our customers.
* The trademark ” The Ramkat” is the exclusive property of Herd of Kats, LLC. Unauthorized use of the ” The Ramkat” name or trademark, including but not limited to reproduction, imitation, dilution, or any other misuse, is strictly prohibited.
